We provide a secure, online ordering system. For your convenience, we accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Next Day and 2nd Day Orders will be shipped out the next business day. We ship our products via UPS and FedEx ground services.
Items Out of Stock
We manufacture all of our products in Beatrice, Nebraska. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will notify the customer via email with an approximate ship time.
Cancellations and Refused Shipments
We want to give you the best service and ship your item as soon as possible. Sometimes orders are shipped the same day. Please contact us at 1-800-633-0466 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible to cancel an order. We will cancel your order if it has not shipped. If an order has shipped our return policy will go into affect. If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking and processing fee and all shipping fees.

Please contact us Mon – Thurs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST) at 1-800-633-0466 or email us at email@example.com within 7 days from the delivery date to receive an RMA number. All returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense and insured by FedEx, USPS, or UPS within 15 days of the delivery date. The returned merchandise must be returned in its original or comparable packing as when it was received. After we received the returned order and it is inspected, we will then reimburse the credit card for the full purchase price, minus any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee (minimum of $5.00). We will not give credit, refunds or exchanges for product returned to us damaged, so please pack the item well. If you receive an order broken or damaged please follow the instructions under damaged claims.

We pack our items as securely as possible so your order will arrive without damage. However, sometimes damage does happen. If you should receive an order broken or damaged, please contact us at 1-800-633-0466 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please keep the box and packing material for UPS or FedEx inspection. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship out a replacement to you.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been packed and the shipping label has been printed, an e-mail with your UPS or FedEx tracking number will be sent to you. With that number, you can easily track your shipment through UPS or FedEx web site to know exactly when your order will be arriving.
Most orders ship out within 3-4 business days. Once shipped, the delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on the state we are shipping to. Orders upgraded to Next Day or 2 Day Air will be shipped the following day after the order is placed.
